This Wednesday Wellbeing Wisdom and Wonder (WWWW) series is designed to give you respite from your busy lives to attend to your self-care and inner discoveries. It comprises of 6 group zoom sessions of 3 hours each, held 2 weeks apart, with preparation work in-between. Groups are kept small for optimal interaction.
Participants use this series as a sacred and safe space for themselves to explore and move towards deeper self-understanding and self-acceptance, and applying their insights to creating healthier connections with selves & others.
