Refunds and Cancellations

Private 1-on-1 Sessions

Should you need to reschedule or cancel, please email us at connect@sparksoflife.love at least 48 hours prior to your session. All appointments missed, not cancelled or rescheduled without the 48 hours notice will be charged in full.

Please be punctual. Your session will be shortened if you are late for your appointment. A “no-show” will be considered if you’re more than 10 minutes late from the start of your scheduled time and is considered forfeited; non-refundable and ineligible to reschedule.

Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

*If you’re purchasing a series/package of private 1-on-1 sessions, please read below as well.

Workshops, Journeys, Series and Group Sessions

Should you need to reschedule or cancel a session in your journey, series and/or package, please email us at connect@sparksoflife.love at least 48 hours prior to your session. All appointments missed, not cancelled or rescheduled without the 48 hours notice will be charged in full.

All sessions as part of a journey, series and/or package must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase.

Unused sessions as part of a journey, series and/or package are non-transferable, non-refundable and unreplaceable. There will be no refunds for dropping out midway while it is in progress.

If you’re part of a group journey/ series and are unable to attend a particular session, do understand that the session will continue to go on without you.

Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Retreats

No refunds of any kind will apply.

Personal Privacy during Sessions

Group Zoom Recordings

For Group Sessions, Workshops and Journeys: Due to the personal sharing nature of our sessions and in order to respect the privacy of all participants, no video or audio recording of any kind is allowed. Saving of in-meeting chat messages is also not permitted.

Photography

Photography, screenshots and/or print-screens may be done during the sessions. Sparks of Life may use the photographs for marketing purposes on their website and social media.
